LIC AAO 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in three phases:
Preliminary Exam (Online) – Objective test on Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & English.
Mains Exam (Online) – Includes Reasoning, Data Analysis, General Awareness, Insurance & Financial Market Awareness + a descriptive English paper.
Interview – Shortlisted candidates will face a personal interview.
