Position Details

1. Junior Executive (Quality Assurance)

This role is integral to maintaining the highest quality standards in BPCL’s operations.

Criteria Details
Educational Qualification – B.Sc. in Chemistry (specialization in Organic/Physical/Inorganic/Analytical).
– OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Work Experience Minimum 5 years in a petroleum, oil & gas, or petrochemical laboratory.
Skills Required Testing expertise, ISO/IEC:17025:2017 experience, LIMS proficiency.
Key Responsibilities – Quality testing of products.
– Operating mobile laboratories.
– Managing NABL accreditation and LIMS.
– Calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
Age Limit 29 years for General and EWS categories (age relaxations applicable).

2. Secretary

This profile demands exceptional organizational and communication skills to support BPCL’s operational efficiency.

Criteria Details
Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 70% marks (65% for SC/ST/PwBD).
– Desirable: Certification in Administrative Secretarial Practice.
Work Experience Minimum 5 years as a Secretary or similar role.
Skills Required – Proficiency in MS Office.
– Shorthand skills preferred.
– Fluent in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities – Calendar management, scheduling, and organizing meetings.
– Drafting documents and presentations.
– Travel and accommodation arrangements.
– Acting as the liaison between stakeholders.
Age Limit 29 years for General and EWS categories (age relaxations applicable).

Compensation and Benefits

BPCL offers an attractive pay scale:

Junior Executive (A0 Grade) ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 ₹30,000 per month
