Eligibility Highlights
Experience:
- Hands-on expertise in executing and managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects such as thermal/gas power plants, airports, sea ports, petrochemical complexes, and more.
- Leadership in managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in executing projects worth ₹500 crore or more.
Skills:
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in managing conflicting priorities and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in vendor management, customer billing, and cash collection.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution and Planning:
- Monitor project schedules.
- Ensure timely supply of equipment by coordinating with manufacturing units.
- Oversee the execution and commissioning of projects.
Vendor and Financial Management:
- Streamline vendor payments and customer billing processes.
- Maximize realization of dues by strategizing receivable collections.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, project teams, and top management to ensure successful project delivery.
