Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have a First Class Bachelor’s Degree or a 5-Year Integrated course in Engineering/Technology in relevant disciplines. Specific qualifications are required for positions like MT (Finance), MT (Public Relations), and AM (Legal). A Master’s degree is required for MT (Official Language) and some technical positions.

Selection Process
For Management Trainees (MT)
Written Test (Computer-Based Online Test – CBOT)
Interview
CBOT consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) split into:
Technical Subject (100 MCQs)
General Aptitude (50 MCQs)
Negative marking: 0.25 marks per incorrect answer
Weightage:
CBOT – 85%
Interview – 15%
For Assistant Manager (Legal), Senior Manager (Civil), and Deputy General Manager (Civil)
Interview-Based Selection
Candidates will be shortlisted based on experience, qualifications, and performance in interviews.
