Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), one of India’s leading energy giants and a Fortune Global 500 company, has announced its Apprentice Recruitment 2025 for the Western Region. The recruitment drive offers 400+ apprenticeship positions across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
This is a golden opportunity for ITI pass-outs, diploma holders, and graduates to gain hands-on training with IOCL, India’s most trusted oil & gas enterprise. The apprenticeships will be offered for 12 months under the Apprentices Act, 1961, with a monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 depending on the category of apprenticeship.
No exam, no interview – purely merit-based selection.

Educational Qualifications
Trade Apprentice (ITI) – Codes 107-111
Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist
Qualification: Matriculation + Full-time ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT approved)
Technician Apprentice (Diploma) – Codes 101-106
Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics
Qualification: 3-year full-time Diploma in relevant branch
Marks: Min. 50% (Gen/EWS/OBC-NCL), 45% (SC/ST/PwBD)
Graduate Apprentice – Code 112
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science/Management
Marks: Min. 50% (Gen/EWS/OBC-NCL), 45% (SC/ST/PwBD)
