Eligibility Criteria
1. Manager (VAC & TVS)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
- Experience: 7+ years in managing Tunnel Ventilation Systems, Air Conditioning, or MEP in large infrastructure projects.
- Skills:
- Design review and verification.
- Equipment testing and commissioning.
- Contract management and stakeholder coordination.
2. Assistant Manager (HR)
- Education: Graduate in Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities. MBA (HR) is desirable.
- Experience: 2+ years in HR operations, recruitment, administration, labor relations, and training, preferably in Government/PSUs.
Selection Process
- Stages:
- Interview.
- Medical Examination.
- Evaluation includes knowledge, skills, attitude, and fitness.
